We hope you’ll join us for our Sunday worship services to see for yourself what we’re all about. Through contemporary music and practical messages we present the truths of the Bible in a format that's easy to understand, even if you've never been to church.

What should I wear?
Casual dress is very appropriate at Harvest. You will see everything from sport coats to golf shirts.

What should I bring?
If you have a Bible, bring it. If not, no problem. We have some extras that we would be happy to give you.

What happens during the worship service?
Generally speaking, our service begins with contemporary worship, led by Pastor Ryan, no choir robes or organ music. Most people stand during this time, however, there is complete freedom to be seated if you prefer. The words of all of the songs are projected onto a screen, and you can either sing along or just sit back and enjoy the music. You'll probably hear songs you can relate to even if you haven't been to church in years. We tend to "lose ourselves" in worship sometimes, only as the Holy Spirit leads!

However, we would like for you to fill out the "welcome card". It will be give to you by an usher and will allows us to get to know you a bit. You can request information, ask for prayer, let us know your thoughts, or just indicate your presence with us. In any case, we use it to pray for you during the week. You won’t be asked to stand or raise your hand (or anything else embarrassing) just because you’re new. Nor will you have to recite anything or kneel at certain times during the service.

Then, Pastor Ryan will encourage and challenge you with a practical message from the Bible. Paper for note taking and a pen will be provide so you can apply what you've learned on Sunday, during the week.
 
Lastly, like most churches we take an offering. You are under no obligation to give! If you’re a guest – just sit back and relax! We ask that you only give as the Lord leads you too.

How long does the service last?
The service lasts approximately 2 hours. (Worship last approximately 50mins)

What about after the service?
Don't feel that you have to hurry out the door. In fact, you may want to help yourself to some prepared snacks, or check out some of our resources. If you have questions we invite you to connect with our team or the Pastor, who is available each Sunday after the service. We will be glad to answer your questions and provide resources to help you get to know City of Truth Harvest Church and progress in your personal walk with Jesus Christ.
